SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard shipping is within 3 to 5 business days
  • Standard shipping for wigs is within 5 to 7 business days
  • SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship
  • If a product ordered is on back-order you will be will notified via email
  • Orders are shipped out on Monday through Friday, no orders are shipped out on weekends
  • All orders placed after 5pm EST will start processing on the following business day
  • Business Hours are from 11am - 6pm EST, holidays do not count as a business day

RETURN POLICY

  • Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • We do not do returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately
  • NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS

    HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

    A full head weave using Virgin human hair, needs about 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2-3 bundles of hair for lengths 14” to 18”. We recommend 3-4 bundles for lengths 20″or longer. Each bundles weighs 3. 5 ounces. The longer your hair, the shorter the weft will be.

    WHEN DO I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

    Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

    UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

    All orders are shipped with USPS.

    We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

    Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

    MAINTENANCE

    We recommend using a professional hair stylist to assist with your hair installations 

    1. Shampoo at least once a week
    2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
    3. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting from the ends working your way up to the roots
    4. Rinse out conditioner thoroughly
    5. Let hair air dry

    Keep styling products use at a minimum to avoid build up
    For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle filled water to maintain the curl pattern
    If you are going for the “WET” look use a leave in conditioner & water
    DO NOT USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALCOHOL BASED.
